You may not be able to sleep at night due to a number of reasons, stress, diet, noise, pests like mosquitoes buzzing in your year, work shifts or living in an atmosphere of fear.
In such cases, you can make up for the lack of sleep by sleeping at other times of the day. In the long term, living without sleep can affect your health and can cause a number of ailments.
